Senator Feltes Introduces SB 271, Requiring Prevailing Wages on State-Funded Public Works Projects

CONCORD—Today, Senator Feltes introduced SB 271, relative to requiring prevailing wages on state-funded public works projects.

“Prevailing wage laws ensure that construction workers receive fair wages and help keep New Hampshire taxpayer dollars going to local workers and local companies. It’s time for the Granite State to join our New England neighbors and finally make tax dollars work for New Hampshire’s working families by enacting this common sense policy for state-funded public works projects.”
